My Story: From Anxiety to Healing Through Conscious Breathing and Art

300 million people worldwide suffer from anxiety. I was one of them. I tried everything, and nothing healed me. Answers always lie within us, and so does our healing. My story began when I found Conscious Breathing, which became my redemption. It balances my nervous system in SECONDS, something that other solutions failed to do. Everything else was just a painkiller that didn’t heal the root cause: an imbalanced nervous system. The best part? It healed me without causing addictions.

The most beautiful part of my story was a day when anxiety tried to return while I was painting. Instead of just taking a break and breathing, I chose to breathe while painting, synchronizing my brushstrokes with my breath. This moment was a turning point, and I felt the need to share it with the world, so I created what I call “INTERACTIVE ART.”


My Story: Interactive Art and Conscious Breathing

With my story, I began creating interactive art. When people view my work, they learn how to breathe consciously. For every breathing technique, I paint a symbol, accompanied by a legend that explains how to practice each breath. This way, people can breathe and heal while contemplating my pieces.

Today, the leading cause of anxiety is the culture of "I WANT IT NOW," resulting in chronic impatience. That’s why I embroider my paintings: to remind you to be patient, as everything takes time.

Lastly, I published my Coloring Book, where you learn everything about breathing techniques and their symbolism while becoming an artist yourself. The beauty of breathing and painting simultaneously is something that transforms lives.
